2006 Mitsubishi Lancer How important are these parts

I recently just bought a 2006 lancer and was checking it out. I found some parts that don't look good to me and am wondering how conserned I should be. I have photos. Any one willing to help?

It's hard to tell what you are looking at in the pic. Is there a way you could circle the part which concerns you?

The very first one there is a broken arm it looks like right in the center

Pointing to it in the second one, it looks to be part of the suspension, far bellow my intake, almost looks like its connected to the right side of a movable cylinder, like a rolling pin.
