Right front wheel bearing appears to be failing. Can this be repaired with normal mechanic's tools in my garage or does it require special pullers or other tools? Thanks in advance!

You still need a hub puller to get the old bearing out. You'll likely find that at auto parts stores that rent or borrow tools. Chrysler stopped using that design in the late '80s. GM never used it. The cost of parts is a little lower with pressed-in bearings but they take a lot longer to replace. You'll need a large snap-ring pliers too.
