I have a 2006 Mazda RX8, 6-speed, that has begun to die when coming to a stop (or slowing down) and pressing down the clutch after 30 minutes or so of consistant traveling. Short trips do not seem to be a problem. This typically happens in the afternoon, but is now starting to happen in the moring as well. 99% of the time, the vehicle will start right back up, but just seems odd for it to just die. I replaced the battery a couple of days ago in hopes that the problem would be resolved, but to no avail. Any feedback on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

This can be happening for two reasons either you have a vacuum leak or the throttle bore is dirty and needs service. Here are guides to help us confirm the issue and get the problem fixed.

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
