2006 Kia Sedona Front Drivers Seat Longer Attached Still Back Flops Rocks

The front drivers seat is no longer attached at the front but still attached at the back. The seat flops and rocks compleatly back. How do i fix this? Its electric operated seat. The two devices that appear to hold it in place ,i can't see or reach when puting the chair back in place.

You need to remove the seat to check what is wrong.
