The clutch was just replaced now the front wheels wont turn they are locked up tight its not the brakes holding it what could be wrong its a 5 sp

Is this in gear or in neutral, have you driven the car since fitting the clutch, is the transmission oil level ok?

This is in neutral, brakes off, front wheels off the ground, calipers bled off, no the car hasn't been driven yet it was brought to me because it wouldn't start after clutch was replaced, when I went to have it towed I noticed it wouldn't move yes the oil level is fine

Check the CV shafts. Could be inner joints are dislodged causing the shaft to be seized.
