At times it looses power and runs bad, seems to be missing on 4 cylinders on right bank. Fuel trims are -60 cleaned all grounds no fix no codes fuel pressure is 60psi koeo 75 psi engine running, checked mass air flow seems to be fine whats the fuel pressure specs

We do not have any inforrmation for you vehicle but generally fuel pressure should be around 40 psi. You seem to ba having excessive pressure. Check the fuel pressure regulator and if vehicle is equipped with fuel rerturn lines, ensure it is not clogged.
