2006 Hyundai Elantra Weird Noise Back Tires

I recently ran my 2006 hyundai elantra into a grass embankment at 60 mph. It was either that or hit a buck head on. The car still drives but there is a mashing noise in the back tires when I am going between 30 and 40 mph. Sometimes it sounds like there is a soda can caught in the wheel and other times like there are bunch of tiny screws stuck in the wheel. The rims don't appear to be damaged and it doesn't look like the tires themselves are hitting the wheel wells. Any ideas?

You know we can't see or hear it over a computer, and this is something that is not going to happen to other cars so we won't have seen it before. You'll need to have a mechanic inspect the car. The best place to go is a tire and alignment shop. They are the best at finding the causes of noise, vibrations, and rattles.
