When the heat is on hot air only blows through the dash vents and nothing blows out the defroster or floor vents. Any idea what is wrong

mode door motor may have failed. it is under the dash left side on heater case. see if you can move it manually.

Are you saying to just move the motor around or does it need to be replaced?
