One morning I was coming from the store dropped off a friend at his house same neighborhood I live in when I car was driving fine turned it off when I went to turn it on turned the key car made a loud grinding noise coming from the starter thought it went bad and bought a new on tried cranking it on again and made the same noise tried it one last time car wanted to crank but not enought power to turn it on until it clicked now when I turn the key its only clicks thought my engine locked up but when I tried moving it by hand clock wise and counter clock wise it moves to a certain limit then stops both ways around the same stop yesterday I tired turning it again clock wise and it rotated even farther until it would not move any further I removed the transmition clutch and flyhweel I have no idea what can be wrong

No one is going to know without looking into it further. It's definitely a major internal issue.

It's probably time to pull that engine out. You can remove the oil pan to see what went wrong but you are likely going to be looking for another motor.
