I thought it was sparks plugs had them installed but still the same.

Excessive cranking after setting over night, many tries like a minute and a minute and half before it starts .what could be the problem??

Make sure the cold start injector if so equipped. Check fuel pressure. Check quality of spark.

just wondering where thar cold start injector on the engine would be?????

On or near the throttle body.
