I keep getting code p0420 and code p0010 when I scan my fusion, I replaced the cam shafts positioning sensor and the upstream 02 sensor and cleared the codes but when I drive the car then stop and start it again the codes come right back, don't know what I'm over looking, any ideas? Oh and the car runs fine so I don't think it's the catylac converter being clogged.

The converter does not have to be clogged to be bad. the code means it's just not chemically doing it's job.
The other code is for a cam actuator circuit. Nothing to do with a cam position sensor
