Are you getting an aftermarket part from the same place? Also, have you checked the voltage going to all injectors to see if there is variation in the two you have problems with?

The first ones to fail have ford numbers, assuming original injectors, replace #7 with borgwarner 3 times and #8 twice. Today the number 2 ford injector has failed. Sent computer to a repair place in IL. They stated no problem found. When the trouble started I replaced #7 first time due to missfire and cel. A few days later it failed again but no cel, put noid light on # 7 and the light would cycle on and off in a timed fasion. The amount of time was consistant that the light would be on then off, so I ask the pcm repair place to replace #7 injector curciut anyway, they claim they did that. I can replace the injector in question #7 or #8 and now #2 and it will run great for a few days then an injector will fail can warranty it out and replace it and runs ok again. Voltage to power side of injectors check out ok at 12V have pinned out wire harness from pcm to injector and no shorts. I am wondering if an alternator with bad diode could burn out injectors.

I don't think a diode is the issue. Are you sure the alt isn't overcharging at any point? Are you sure all grounds are okay related to the PCM and injectors?

What about overcharging? It can work fine and then overcharge without you realizing.
