I think yua re saying your heat doesn't work. The module is the where you turn it on /off etc. But you r problem may be an actuator. Check tosee if both hoses are hot when engine up to temp. Then it's either your actuator or blend door is bad. If the door is bad you have to pull the dash here is a tip on how to remove it.
There is one on the back of it can't get at it. Maybe there is two you can see instaed of one. Get them two. Take a big screwdriver and twist. Make it go straight upward until the hidden screw gives up. It usually breaks the ear off the actuator. Remove actuator. Then remove the screw and piece of actuator. Put on new actuator and don't worry about missing screw. Takes about 30 minutes or so. If you are a mechanic that can't leave a screw out of something, then you pull the dash and do it right. The other screws will git-er-dun. That thing is in a bad place and pays good. Try to get the door axle lined up with the actuator before going in there with the actuator. Then it won't be so mean trying to get it to go down.
