I put my 2006 dodge durango in 4 lock to climb an icy hill, the 4 lo light started blinking and the transmission is stuck in 4 lo

First, make sure the vehicle isn't still under power train warranty. This could be a covered item. If it isn't check to see if there is power to the 4wd actuator on the transfer case and let me know what you find.
