I removed the starter relay. I hook up a test light to one of the hole of the relay (the test light is connected to battery ground) coming from the ignition switch. When I turn the key to the start position sometimes the light light up sometime does not. The ignition switch is a new one. Waht could be the problem

Probably not making good contact in fuse box, tweak the prongs a tad and put dielectric grease on the prongs. See If that fixes it othe wise it may be a fuse box problem.

I really don't understand what you are saying in this reply however i'll stand by my first diagnosis or the ignition switch was improperly replaced. I have no further comments or suggestions.

The starter relay is not located at the fuse box. It is at the firewall. The car wont start intermittently before I replaced the ignition switch. When I put the key in the lock cylinder I feel there is a play. When I turn the key to the start position and push it toward me the car starts otherwise it wont. I hope you understand now

As I said in last reply I have no further comments I can't give a good diagnosis without physically testing this myself.
