How can you fix a vacuum leak where the EGR tube enters the manifold

car was idling rough and hesitating. Very little throttle response. I heard a noise that sounded like an air leak as well as got a P0068 OBD code. Upon checking I discovered a very bad leak where the EGR tube enters the manifold

If the EGR tube is leaking its dilluting the A/F mix causing it to run rough-seal it or replace the tube-whatever
