What parts would I need to buy and replace?

I bought this car less than a year ago. They bragged they put brand new tires on. 5 months ago I had to replace the back tires because they were worn down to wires showing. After 5 Months I am looking to replace these tires again. They are worn down again. Both tires on insides. I was told this car cant be aligned? Any help?

Tire wear pattern indicates Camber is out but not adjustable on vehicle only toe. Did you run a CarFax to see if vehicle was wreaked? Would take to have 4 wheel alignment done shims can be added to correct Camber

It says you can adjust front camber and toe and rear toe I would take it in for a alignment if you keep burning tires on the inside of the tread.
