When I turn on the heat and ac works fine and blows but when I turn the car off to go into the store it doesn't blow at all. Leave the car off couple of hrs aand try it again it blows again. What can the problem be.

The motor may be starting to seize up when shut down hot. The next time it happens, give the blower motor a good rap with a screwdriver handle and see if it starts up then.

Yep, needs a new motor. Check the plug connector and make sure the contacts are not burnt also.

It's under the lower inlet housing in the picture which is under the dash on the passenger side.
