Hi I am wondering what is wrong with my dads 2006 Chevy SSR. The dealer said the powertrain relay was bad and also the ECM was bad to. I replaced both the dealer flashed the new ECM. I also replaced the throttle body. The dealer is saying that I never told them about the throttle body. It is on the paper work I got now they are trying to charge me for a new diagnostic I said no sir you messed up you fix it not my problem. Then he accused me that I never told him the truck would not start when I took it to them in the beginning. His tecs were aware of this. So they flashed the ECM and when I picked it up it had 350HP out of 400HP. The truck came with the tack. The dealer had no idea it had one I was like you test drove it and you didn't look. When I got it home I charged the battery for 30 minutes. I pulled the battery clamps off tried starting it and it cranked but would not fire off. I left it alone for 3 hours tried starting it it fired off. What could be causing this truck not to start. The battery and alternator are good I had them tested I replaced the powertrain relay the throttle body and also the ECM. The guy started it and said it starts fine so he took it for a drive for 5 minutes and it did good. Today they took it out drive it for awhile and brought it back they shut it off and the truck would not start. I eill call him tomorrow and said I told you so you idiot. Any suggestions. Thanks.
