2006 Chevrolet Malibu Changing factory radio

I just changed my factory radio and signals dont work lights on dash board dont work rpms speedometer nothing works would I damaged something if I drive it like this for a couple of days till I go to an audio tech?

Sounds like you tripped a fuse, Check the fuse panel and make sure all the fuses are good.

I would start there and we can go from there. If you do have a blown fuse, you might have crossed over some wrong wires or left them exposed to cause this.
