2006 Chevrolet Blazer Help !

Well I was on my way home, & I was driving the car home but then I heard something & I pulled over to check if it was the tire & I looked but there was nothing wrong with none of the tires but there was a noise & it sounded like it was coming from the front tire but there was nothing wrong with it. So idk what to do. Im confused.

Can you describe the noise? Were you breaking, accelerating, turning. When you heard it?

I heard the noise when I drive only. It sounds like a flat but my tire was okay so I dont think it was that. My cousin said it could be the tramsmission but I dont know.
