heated seats 2006 cadi dts

the heatedseats quit working. the little lights still come on but no heat. I was told it might be the relay. I don't know were the relay is. its a 2006 cadillac dts.

Look under the passenger seat at the seat module, pull the connections from that module, and look for evidence of heat damage. If it is present it is on either the powe circuit red/white, or the ground circuit black. From this point, the connector body, terminal, and module need to be serviced/replaced.
