I recently purchased this vehicle. Neither the pump or rear wiper were working. I went to check the fuse and there was no fuse. I put a fuse in and the pump works but still not the wiper.

Check to see if the wiper motor is getting power. If it is, the motor is most likely bad. If there is no power, you need to trace the wiring to see where power is lost.

Update:
Thanks Jacobandnickolas, I'll test it here when I get a chance, but I actually came back with an update. I was working in the dark when I checked the fuses and what I actually did, once I got the flashlight out and looked closely, was I took the fuse out for the rear wiper and put it in the ELC. So, when there is a fuse in the ELC but NOT in for the rear wiper, the pump works.
