Water dripping from behind tire

Hit a pothole, my flat tyre sign popped up, got out to check and there was water dripping from behind my right hand tyre (were the mud flap would be)

Water like liquid from front right side dripping out, what could it be, how much to repair?

It could be the windshield wiper reserviour. Check your washer level. On the passenger side of the car is the drain for the A/C evaporator and it is constantly dripping.
You have to pull the inner mud flap to get to the reserviour and disconnect the fluid motor(s). Then only a few 10mm or 12mm bolts or clips should hold it to the inside of the fender wall.
