How do I determine what the problem is in the windshield washer system if I am not getting any fluid? Reservoir is full and not leaking.
I do not hear any noise and I have tried various different times

You need to check to see if there is power to the washer pump. Chances are there is, but the pump is bad. You need to check first to determine if that is the problem.

A replacement pump (most likely) is needed. I would also check fuses and the JBE module as it controls the pump, just a suggestion, I just worked on another 2006 330CI and it had issues from the JBE module, ever heard of tin whiskers?

It is usually an inexpensive repair, the worst part is finding out where the loss of pressure happens.
Pop open the hood and find the washer fluid pump. It’s pretty easy to locate. Just follow the tubing from the washer sprayers until you run into the pump. Tell some one to get in the driver’s seat and activate the washer fluid switch. If the pump is working, it should make some noise. If your pump is silent, you’ll need to replace it.
