How to I turn off these lights/ fix it?

Check Engine light, triangle light with ! In the middle, and Break light are on but when code machine is hooked up no problems I think there is a wiring problem with my bmw, all of the lights come on including check engine/service engine soon light, a yellow triangle with ! Light, and the brake light are always on. The seat belt light comes on and turns off as it is supposed to. The code reading thing doesn't say there is anything at all wrong with my car.

I found a Technical Service Bulletin that somewhat describes your issue:

TSB#SI-B-61-26-06

Central Electronics Failure, K-CAN Bus Fault Codes Stored

The Red Vehicle Service Indicator is showing in the Kombi Check Control (CC), together with ABS and DSC Warning Lamps

CAUSE: Connector X1716 between the main and audio wiring harness is not fully connected.

CORRECTION:

1. Call up the Check Control function with the rocker switch on the turn signal stalk.
2. Briefly press the on-board computer button.
3. Select Check Control message required with the rocker switch.
4. Press the on-board computer button for longer than 2 seconds.
5. If the message "CC ID-207" appears, check connector X1716 located in the driver's footwell near the A-Pillar. Engage it correctly and secure.
