When shifting to park, makes a loud clunk noise. When Driving gears seems to rev as if in neutral and then grabs. The other day I came to a stop, car acted if it was in neutral didnt move anywhere. I put car in manual, and only moved in 1st gear as if stuck in first. So pulled over. I set the car in park and turn the car off and turn it back on. Transmission work fine no clunk and no slip. Could it be the torque converter? Flushed 5 months ago. Old tranny fluid was no contaminated or have any metal shavings.

Sounds like you're going to need a transmission. I would look into getting a reputable shop to install a rebuilt trans with at least a 3 year 30,000 mile warranty.
