Cargo cover replacement

If I cannot find a new cargo cover can I just make a new one by buying the following parts; 4, 5, 6, 7, 16 and 17 from the diagram attached. I do not repair my car but I have built furniture from IKEA and do it yourself projects at home.

That would be an expensive way of replacing it, have you tried car wreckers?
