Valve cover gasket replacement

I plan on doing both valve cover gaskets on this vehicle listed above. I would like the step by step procedures along with torque specs please.
I also am wondering if there are o-ring grommets that seal the valve cover also to the spark plug tubes so oil doesn't leak?.

I found this part online and I am wondering if it is used to seal the valve cover to the spark plug tubes or is it just to seal the ignition coil only for sealing out dust?

I haven't taken the valve covers off that is why I don't know. Thanks in advance.

Okay, in the diagrams down below I have included the information that you have requested. I have included the Original Equipment Manufacturer [OEM] part numbers for both the left and right valve cover gaskets for cross reference, as well as the step by step instructions for the removal and installation of both the left and right valve cover gaskets along with torque specs.
