Car is in limp mode

I have a vauxhall astra 1.3 cdti 2005 which is in limp mode. The turbo and EGR valve have been cleaned and tested, the vacume pump was renewed also the boost preasure sesor, a new ECU was sugested so renewed that but it is still the same, any answers.

Was there any codes? If so, what were they?

If not, I would look at things like the cat converter, fuel pressure to start.

There is no codes and the EGR valve wants to stay open
