Toyota Corolla 2005 model top

Please advise me with a proper engineer who can fix my top perfectly it has been fixed twice already and it still licks oil and at toyota they said I need to replace the shims, at toyota they quoted me R11000 and I can never afford that.

You will have to contact mechanics in your town, get quotes you do not have to take it to a dealer, as I am in Australia and I am thinking you are in South Africa I have no knowledge of tech where you live.
