All I have is third gear everything else works, tried new ECM didn't work. scanner says not receiving info.

possible TCM issue. have you checked all fuses?

yes checked fuses, where is the TCM

Run a scan and check for any transmission faults, ensure that they go into the transmission menu and not a general scan as this may not pick up trans codes.
