Will like to understand how every aspects of my engine works is this possible. Is there like a school or training program?

Every state has a system of technical colleges or community colleges. These are not the politically-correct, politically-biased four-year colleges. Technical colleges have one and two-year programs geared specifically for the career you're training for. Most of them have Automotive programs and many of those have night classes for members of the community. Cost is real low for their courses.

There are also a lot of really good text books that anyone can understand. One of the requirements for an Automotive program to be certified is their text books can't be more than five years old. Every instructor keeps old versions just for people like you. Often they give them away when they're outdated, but the information in them is still relevant. You can also find text books on the Amazon web site. I used books by James D. Halderman in my classes.
