I don't understand what the issue is. Unlock the door with the key and charge or replace the battery.

The battery is dead so Key fob won't open the door to get in and open hood to charge cars battery or buy new one. Thank you.I guess I didn't say the cars battery was dead sorry.

No, I understood the battery was dead but you should have a manual key to open the door with. The clicker doesn't start the car.

So I just asked her and she said yes it does but here's what happened, the real key got stuck in door in wrong position so it drained battery and can't get key out. So sorry she's still at work. So not able to answer soon enough. Thanks for answering

You're going to have to either get that key out or get your hands on another one.
You don't need a battery to use a mechanical key.

If you don't have another one, bring proof of ownership and the VIN# to the dealer and they will sell you one.
