Nissan Titan windshield washer pump

Windshield washer fluid pump not spraying when steering column lever switch activated; all fuses checked and good, wipers work great; replaced reservoir/pump/sensor unit thinking that was the problem myself but turned out to be a waste of $60+ for part at Nissan; problem still exists. This is on a 2005 Nissan Titan pickup

Check for power and ground at pump when the trigger is pulled.

The motor is mounted on the side of the washer fluid reservoir, see the pic below

I have a Nisan Tital 2005 that has the same exact issue. Was there ever a resolution for this. If there is no power at the connector and the fuses are all good, what is the next point to check?
