2005 Nissan Sentra Radiator Always Run Out Coolent Into Reservior Drops Groud

my radiator always run out of coolent into the reservior and drops from it to the groud when driving at a high speed and within some time the temperature gauge will riase up,air conditioner stops and no coolent in radiator. hot coolent will be boiling in the reservior.
can you please help me out?

from the constant overheating, you may have damaged the head gasket. do not drive until this is determined or you may damage the motor to the point it needs to be replaced
