Trying to get smog check but have trouble codes present

Car is stock no add-ons. I'm gettina Po420, Po128, & a P1138 error code while trying to smog check. How do I fix this? Best place for parts?

Is the engine warming up to normal operating temp? Also, I can't find an 1138.

Its running normal not heating up and the 1138 is a Manufact code.
