Just wanted to make sure I understand? Your lower speeds won't work, only high speed? The blower motor won't shut off, when you turn off the key?

Yes. Only blows on high. Heat and a/c work, just will not shut off!

My thought would be the fan control amplifier has a problem. Can't be positive.
