Stereo add on

2005 c230 compressor has fiber optics. Nobody wants to touch the car with an after market multiple media unit. Mercedes says there's add ons but did not elaborate. Can you help me please. Rick

I feel that this will be a dealer only job, I do doubt that any workshop out side of a Benz dealer and the audio service dept of the brand used will be able to do this work.
