the lock stay on the lock position and won't unlock.

my front driver door won't unlock. i can only open it from the inside. the lock stays lock and the key won't unlock it either. Seems like its jammed. the inside handle will open the door but it is still in the lock position. I can't push the lock to the unlock position. Seems jammed.

Remove the inner door panel and check the linkage to the lock. Chances are something is disconnected or damaged.
