Timing belt broke on a Kia 2005 bent valve

How do you put the engine block and the cylinder head together and put it on top dea center

The cylender head and block are bolted together with a gasket between them. Once they are together, top dead center (TDC) refers to the #1 pistion at its highest point. When you time it, you must align the timing marks to their specified points on the cam and crankshafts. Refer to the belt routing diagrams section on our webpage.
