I have the 4 cylinder 6 speed 2.5L wrangler, I need to change the transmission fluid, I have searched high and low on the web and I'm just getting frustrated with responses because no posts are about my style Jeep. Do you know what fluid I should use best, how many quarts and any directions?

I was in need of fast info so I ended up calling my technician and had him help me but I appreciate it and will keep this in mind for my next repair.
