My air conditioning is just blowing hot air, what could the problem be?

I would have to say check the Freon, it sounds like it is low. Does the ac compressor come on at all?

That could be it. I can turn it on and hot air will just blow. How can you tell if the compressor is working properly

Ok so find the compressor and then turn the ac on max cool and see if the clutch on the front of the compressor kicks on and off. If not let me know and we will go to the next step.
