Thats very hard to say without a little more info, Does the vibration gradually start at low speed then progress or does in just suddenly start at a high speed at a certain MPH? What condition are your tires in? Tires out of balance can cause highway vibration/ also if it starts at low speed and progress with throttle you could have a possible bad U-joint(s).

The vibration starts suddenly at 73 mph and continues up until 80 mph. The tires are brand new.

I would have the balance rechecked on those tires and front end parts/ U-joint inspection while on hoist.

Thanks so much! You are greatly appreciated. This will give me an idea of what to look for when I talk to a local mechanic. Thanks for the help!
