I am getting code 1301 on BCM module

I am getting code 1301 on BCM module. And no start after it has been driven for a couple or hours but starts up in the mornings of after it sits for a couple of hours. No security light on or steady. It will start after 10m min relearn. Is it the wireing or the BCM module that is more likely the cause.
