2005 GMC Envoy/ No Crank No Start it ran out of gas?

Hey I'm trying to sell my 2005 GMC envoy it ran out of gas as I was taking it to the gas station to put gas in it and then it didn't want to start not sure if it's a blown fuse I know that it could be maybe that or maybe a security like anti-lock system I know that my front calendar the steering wheel you could start my car without the key so I'm trying to I'm going to get that fixed but I'm not sure if that's the actual problem too causing this not to start maybe there's a wire in the console or the you know underneath like where the steering wheel is I'm not sure but if you can help me figure this out I'm stranded and I need to see if I'm use my multimeter to see if I'm getting power I'm getting power to getting 12 volt power but I'm not getting it there's no power inside the inside the interior or there's no power to the car but when I try to jump start it up I'm getting power when I put my jumper cables to my other car and I jump start it but it just won't crank and turn over it's it's getting the power to it but it's just not getting it to pull over so I'm not sure if it's a blown fuse if you can help me out sorry if it's rambling but I'm kind of new at this
