What is causing my front end to make all the road noise?

I recently (6 months ago) replaced the front wheel bearings & had new tires put on. About 6 weeks ago I started to here a lot of road noise. I went back to the tire shop & had them rotate & rebalance my tires. It has only gotten worse. What else should I look for? Thanks.

Can you describe the noise? Does it change when turning?

The noise does not change when turning. I took the car back to the tire shop & had them rotate & rebalance the tires. Then it got louder.
I am begining to think that they did not rebalance the tires. Does that sound legit?

Usually, a tire balance issue causes a vibration rather than a noise. A noise usually comes from a bearing, worn brake pads, uneven tire wear. Is there anything that causes the noise to change?
