My dealer has told me that the reason that I cannot get any washer fluid through the rear window pump is because the hose has come loose. I believe that I can replace the hose for less than the $130 he wants to do the job. How can I get to the area that holds the pump?

I can hear a pump running in the back. What I'm not sure of is how to remove the back panel.
