My left rear running light wont turn on when I flip the lights on

*** I forgot to mention that I have already changes both the bulbs and still nothing.

This could be a problem with your power distribution module. But since only one tail lamp is out prob a prob with the tail light itself. Usually you have to order the whole socket from the dealer.
