Replaced neutral safety switch because of car starting issues. Transmission shifted fine and speedometer worked properly prior to replacement. Removed tranny pan and filter then removed valve body. Replaced switch and put it back together and now ive got no speedometer and it's stuck in limp mode. Replaced VSS and still nothing. Please help as it doesnt seem like it could be much because I didn't mess with anything else.

Can you check for applicable trouble codes? To check codes yourself, at the least, you need an obd2 code reader. If your going to work on your own vehicle, an obd2 code reader is a basic tool. See if any codes relating to tranny or pcm.

We can look at wiring for the park neutral switch, we can check voltage and ground for tranny wired through pcm, two voltage circuits. Check fuse 10-- 15 amp left side of dash. The other voltage circuit goes hot key on.
